Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Conflicts: Same Day Appointments - are welcomed, if you schedule a meeting within a one (1) hour timeframe, please notify us; we may need to manually schedule the appointment. Rescheduling - Please reschedule within 24 hours if possible. If it is not possible, and you reschedule for the SAME DAY, please notify us if your new appointment time is within one (1) hour of your new appointment; we may need to manually schedule the appointment. Cancelling - Please cancel within 24 hours. If you cannot cancel within 24 hours, please notify us as soon as possible. As a courtesy, please let us know what changed your mind - thank you.
